When You're Afflicted With a Life Crisis,
You can feel like a kite in a storm
You may feel completely out of control. Your world feels as if it has come crashing down. What you have lived for lies in shards around you. You are overwhelmed by the storm. You don’t know what to do.
You’ve done one thing right already. You’ve begun to look for help. It’s why you’ve landed on this website. The mere fact that you are here is a sign that you’re reaching a turning point in this crisis, in your life. We all know we only have one life. In retrospect. we often realize that we live two lives – the second one starts when we realize that we have only one.
We can successfully navigate our own paths if we have an understanding of the facts and experiences we face. However, it is crucial to understand challenges in life, both emotionally and cognitively. Even if you don’t believe it now, you already know the answers to your questions – and with some guidance, encouragement, and determination, you can uncover them.
I feel like I'm all alone
You may feel like everyone in the world is “normal” with daily, normal lives but you are the exception. You feel vulnerable and alone. Believe me, there are likely more people going through a life crisis than NOT going through a life crisis, so while that’s not a great trophy to lift above your head, understand this – this is something we can handle together!
What should I focus on ?
The key here is to create a consistent schedule of what’s easy to do in your life as you’re going through this crisis. The more normalcy and routine you can “schedule” into your daily life, the better. It gives your mind a break, and gets you back into the simple things in life you enjoy doing.
Which "stage" am I in?
There are 7 stages to what you’re going through, but there’s no membrane between the phases. You can quickly move through any of these to Phase 7 – Acceptance … it’s entirely up to you. I can help you recognize the phases and help you work through them at a more efective rate.
What can I do when…?
My coping strategies have booked a flight to Jamaica? Don’t blame yourself when it feels like you can’t handle what’s going on around you. This is something you’re facing with all your senses, and in past life experiences as well as present. Be patient with yourself. I can provide fast “first aid” kit help and, then, I’m always here for you for bigger, lasting solutions.

Mastering Life Crisis
Mastering a life crises occurs in three (3) phases:
Phase I- “The Survival Mode” – Your friend is experiencing pure stress. Focus on their basic needs and how to hep them in survival mode. Often this phase lasts 4-6 weeks.
Phase II – The New Normal” – Here, we answer three questions: What is bothering your friend? Where does your friend want to go? How can your friend make this happen? This is where we begin to formulate goals and identify strengths.
Phase III – “The Transformation” – In this phase, the life crisis can be understood and used as an opportunity. This is the phase of mastering the crisis.
